I double checked my copies and no shrink wrap tears on the Type A art.

One of mine also had a small tear near the center. I see a lot of pictures that have been posted also have the same tear near the center

min to I think all type B have it .

Looks like it from this pic, but I don't own it, so couldn't say if this slip is swapped with a different steel I doubt it has been swapped though.

They do have a title yes. Back then, the blank spines weren't a thing yet.
