Yeah I tried RM and they say please try again.
Should be in UK if it left HK on Friday so if no updates tomorrow will contact GB master.
In my experience tracked Air Mail from Hong Kong to Europe (Finland in my case) can take anything from 4-11 days.

That's just from the last tracking entry in Hong Kong to the first tracking entry in the destination country. Customs clearance and transit time within the destination country on top of that. There's always a lot of variance in travel times of international mail.

Of course you can discuss it with the GB host, but what can she do? "Please wait patiently" ;)

True! ha ha
Yes I am inpatient sadly.
I will give it until Friday then.

Gosh, that's really bad. I haven't seen something like this before. It's a shame a product with such obvious flaws gets past QC and shipped out to customers.
Keeping my fingers crossed you'll receive (much) better replacements!

We have received too many e mail nowadays.
Please wait...the moment.
You will find the answer from us soon.

Thanks your for your patience in advance.

My steelbook Lenti A is fine no damage
Steelbook itself is a fingerprint magnet and also attracts dust and smudges but that is easily solved with quality fibre cloth

Yes, in my collecting years I've never seen anything like it. As you can see from my pictures it was more than just a few hair scratches, more like steelbooks with a plague, complete mess.

Got my Lenti B!
Back is not as bad in person!
SB itself but minor scratch on back but need to look close to see it.
Added pics to my Instagram for anyone who wants to look :)

After a closer look, under a better light I could see the marks/scratches on the upper and lower border. Also in the center bellow the film's title.
On the back no scratches.
Contacted Tony.
First time such a thing happens.

Seems like there are a lot of issues.

Is it me or does black and gloss just not go too well. I mean everything ... even cars. They always tend to get a lot of swirl marks in the lacquer really quickly compared to other colors.

I think black generally does tend to show up things like scratches, dirt, and other marks (not just when gloss is involved).

Even so, black + gloss = sexy ;)
