Can't wait for this. Now just debating on joining GB to get a copy or go direct but don't want to miss out like it did with GOTG

It acted as the perfect metaphor for the stark inequalities that currently plague society today, imo.
Very good point, I do see that side of the film, but I just thought it was kinda poorly executed. I guess the main reason for my disappointment was that I expected a gritty Korean thriller. After seeing the trailer and what Kimchi did with the postcards etc, I really wanted as I said a gritty, slick thriller. But I just thought it was more hollywood cinema than what Korean cinema is most famous for...
I guess that I just thought that SP would be similar to that of Her, Dallas Buyers Club and Amelie, in the essence that the postcards etc kept in theme of what the film was like.
But each to their own, I respect everyones opinion. When it comes to films, it is purely down to personal perception.
A little quote- 'Art distills sensation and embodies it with enhanced meaning in memorable form-or it is not art'~~~Jacques Barzun
I have always seen films with meaning (like SP, not films such as The Expendables or anything else with Sly in it...) as a form of art, so it will always be down to personal perception.
