From apsmith21: I have contacted Future Shop and they have confirmed it is a metalpak.

It literally says "Metal Packaging" on Future Shop's system so no more information to provide at the moment

My copy has a nice size ding on the bottom under the J card. Sigh... its a nice looking metalpak though.

This copy will be returned, I have another copy coming from their warehouse, hopefully undamaged.

got a sealed copy from a seller on ebay. 2 loose discs, 1 scratched, dent down front edge and covered in paint chips!!!!!
sent back for refund. won't bother trying to find a decent copy now.....

If by chance they didn't sell out right away, they would have been moved, grabbed, set down, dropped so many times by now that there wouldn't be a non damaged copy left.
