im with you robert ive ordered loads from HMV and never had a dented steel yet due to the packaging, thats the critical thing ive had 1 maybe 2 that would have been dented before they were shipped.

Have you gotten a lot of damage Steels from HMV? I guess I've been really lucky, as I've only gotten one damaged one out of very many.

i have gotten a few but i would rather not risk it anymore or pay extra they charge for shipping.
