That is grade A f*cked - I feel for you because that is not on for any courier to deliver in that state.

I think as @StifflersDad was saying, that is ‘malicious’ damage. It looks to me intentional like someone has a personal grudge against Blufans lol. That is no way just general courier damage on the way here. Someone is having fun destroying our boxes. They need to be caught and shot.

In all seriousness, this needs to stop, it happens too often. It's just not right. I don't think it's Blufans fault, but what is going on with Chinese post?! Are packages sent with EMS arriving in better condition? Or were these sent with EMS?
 
Despite the conspiracy theorists I don't think there's anything sinister going on here.

You must remember the volume of post from China to the UK/Europe MUST BE HUGE. They're not just shipping our Blufans items on their own!

All I can think of is that these small boxes must be mixed with larger heavier objects before they are eventually sorted and are getting crushed under the weight in the process.
