I completely agree. Gloss is an absolute MUST !!.

If any of the new Toy Story steelbooks are a crappy matte finish then someone from Zavvi needs to be :shoot:

Just fyi, all, the finish decision (along with other details) is up to the studio, retailer and other parties that are involved in this process. If a specific finish cannot be added for any reason, the retailer cannot override that.
