I bet at first Zavvi will ship out in jiffy bags as they do now but once they see the amount of returns they will be getting they (should) will upgrade packing to something likes Plays.

Is there anything we can do to change their packaging?

Everytime I've complained about damaged items, I've been fobbed off. Last damaged one being Jurassic Park tin which was badly dented.

If they are going to handing steelbooks exclusives, we need add some serious pressure to force their hand to change their packaging.

There's your first Zavvi-disappointment...their website has a lot of flaws .

I'm sure it'll come back soon. Can't imagine it being sold out that soon with no artwork available.

While I'm happy to see that UK steelbooks exclusives aren't dead after all, I'm gutted to see that Zavvi are the ones to start selling them. Their packaging is dreadful! As is there customer service IMO. I'll only order this if they step their packaging up from jiffy envelopes.

Me too. I wasn't really a fan of Play until they upped their game and started listening to their customers. But yeah... fingers crossed Zavvi have been taking notes!

Maybe they're hoping to fill the void that will be left by Play.com. I'm sure everyone will forget about previous bad experiences if they up their game just like Play.com did last year.
