Jennifer Lawrence finished with Mystique after X-MEN: APOCALYPSE

Mystique1After Jennifer Lawrence’s star took off after her post-X-MEN: FIRST CLASS role in THE HUNGER GAMES, it was only a matter of time before she waved goodbye to the blue bodypaint and her X-character of Mystique.

While at the red carpet premiere of her film SERENA, MTV‘s Josh Horwitz asked Lawrence about her X-Men future after X-MEN: APOCALYPSE, to which she replied, “It is my last one, actually.” She later reconfirmed her statement with a firm, “Yes.”

Lawrence returns as Mystique (alongside every other actor in the world) in Bryan Singer’s X-MEN: APOCALYPSE, arriving in theaters May 27, 2016.
