Drive was superb. I passed on Boyhood and Looper. Rambo is one of my top 3 most anticipated steelbooks at the moment. Then I saw the Laberinto Thread and I was thrilled.
And now this. I can't even find words in english no more to express my anticipation for all three. And I can't express in words how excited I am for future Mondo releases.
Awesome to see that there are Steelbook Releases who get us excited and don't need any extra like slips, cards, papers or stuff. Just pure metal awesomeness

Sometimes I look at all my kimchi, nova, etc then I look at old steels like play and go damn, I miss when it was just steelbooks (I've only been collecting for a year and everything has changed already!). Then mondo releases unique steelbooks (even though I couldn't warm up to boyhood). You should post your mondo collection in the award section

@nicblue When you pull the PAs and Novas out of their Slips, they are also awesome Steelbooks for themselves no doubt. Especially the artwork from PA is incredible thats why I buy the 1/4 Slips instead of FS from them.
But those Mondos are such a nice addition, simple releases but with so much details and popping colors. And now rising the bar with different finishs, easter eggs and everything. You can recognize that the
staff think like collectors or are collectors themselves, and thats whats count for us as customers.

At the moment I only got Drive so theres no mondo collection maybe when the latest 3 arrive in the future I will post.

Will do pal, The only mondo I have are these mondo x steelbooks and I have only recieved drive, the rest are safe and sound with drum, will be receiving them very soon though

No I think back is the same but I'm guessing there's a hidden easter egg image within the crosshair in spot gloss or something

I don't know. I must be in the minority, but I'm just not 'getting' this.

Did they have to put 'Steelbook' on the spine? Would have preferred if it was black and not red also. And the back looks like a wasted opportunity.

Everyone is up in arms that EIV have repeated the outside artwork inside their steelbooks in their current wave, but it seems nobody is bothered with this one?

I've just found out about this thread yesterday and so I came over here very excited. After sleeping on it, personally I think Mondo is overrated.
