IMO it was fine to have "Future Shop Exclusive" text on the Mondo titles, but a logo is different. It makes the product feel a little more tacky. But, it's also only on the slipcover and the Dredd steel is underneath without any logos.

Well, a lot of people consider that clear slip part of the whole effect. It is the part that identifies it as a Mondo steelbook, and part of the Mondo X collection. You are right that having words IS different than a logo. I was fine with Future Shop being on there as text. But the Best Buy logo makes it...bad. Really bad.
Maybe @howiesteed can find us the right kind of paint to match and cover that!!

DREDD is a British film (DNA Films), plus- The Raid came out first, but Dredd went into production in October 2010, The Raid didn't go into production until March 2011.

Oh I just assumed. I don't usually look into the production companies unless necessary

The FutureShop logo was on all of the previous releases (except Boyhood), though it was done in a much better way.

Just joined one of the GBs, loving a new Dredd SteelBook.

Will sit nicely next to my French jumbo tin, Japanese SteelBook, Netherland Blu-ray and DVD FuturePaks ... as well as my German Judge Dredd SteelBook - runs away and hides!! :blush:

I'll be the first to say I don't like it. Then again I haven't liked any of Jock's artwork. I was hoping they wouldn't use his. The package as a whole is too drab for a beautifully shot film like this. If it was something like this I would buy it:

Personally I think the artwork is simple but very effective... and classy looking really. Where as that poster (whilst I do like it) is just way too busy for my tastes... but then that's just me. You never know what Zavvi could come up with though, lolwut. They might make something that's more up your alley
