Each to their own, and wouldn't criticise if you didn't like any of the titles! Picked up a couple (Omen/Butch Cassidy) but the majority of them I passed on and saved a little bit of money while I was at itAt that particular moment - most with the exception of 1 or 2. There were less to choose from on that sale page at that time. Right now, I would add another 2 or 3 to the exception list and would apply my previous post to the restPersonal opinion, of course.

I've had 6/8 arrive so far. Alien 1-4 came this morning via Hermes, Big and Speed from the postie. Just Fantastic Four and Sixth Sense to go!

i'd be interested in the two BFI titles added (nosferatu and aguirre), but sorry, price still too high for my wallet. btw. i'm already compiling a list for the other fox wave with all the war titles (+ the rest that hasnt been on sale yet, like "house of the flying daggers" and "the descent"), for the next sale. i suppose we will see the rest at dumping prices around black friday (like last year).
I hope mine come tomorrow then even though I had a text saying they've been delivered but my tracking says waiting for courier receipt.
so zavvi shipping these sale ones thru herpes now? or has all there stuff been changed over to them now and they have dumped post office?

I didn't get texts, but I got emails. "Package is with your courier", "Package has been delivered" and whatnot. Luckily I was home when she came, I've heard some horror stories about Hermes...

I think Zavvi have a f##king nerve putting Creature From The Black Lagoon 3D in this sale ONLY A WEEK AFTER RELEASE! Those who pre-ordered are basically being shown the middle finger! It's absolutely disgraceful putting items on sale while they are still effectively within the 14-31 day returns period! Everybody who pre-ordered this title should contact Zavvi and demand a partial refund, or return their SteelBook and re-buy at the cheaper price to teach them a lesson!

Mine have been sitting there since the 10th now waiting courier receipt I wish they just sent them separate as I feel like I'm never going to get them from hermes
Plus I want to watch alien aha.
This happened to me too...sort of. I bought the Alien films £12 each, a few days later they're on sale at £6.99. Nothing I can do but return them and buy them at the lower price.
In this instance it seems beneficial to wait and only pre-order Marvel titles.
