Why is it fine? Why must they delay every single release? Once in a blue moon I can almost understand it, but for it to be a recurring theme, it's just annoying and bad business.
Well, what do you expect them to say? Oh yeah, we have to delay this another week for no good reason and we're keeping things as they were. Of course they have to say it's to improve quality. Improve it over what??? Over something they got back from a third party and it looks like crap?
They could solve this giving themselves more time for QC. It's really not that hard. Maybe instead of striving for a release per month and look amateurish when they can't hold up their end of the deal, they should just state a more reasonable timeframe that they know they will be able to meet. It is absolutely ridiculous that they give us the same excuse every single month without taking the necessary steps so that it doesn't happen again.

And before anyone thinks I'm hating, I'm not hating, I think they do great work, plan on ordering again, voted for them for retailer of the year, etc. but these terrible excuses are getting old really fast. It's not professional, it's time they stop doing it.

Okay, the way I see it. They’ve shipped some items so to me it says some stuff arrived damaged from the production to them

I suppose that's fair. But they make up less excuses, or so it seems to me. Maybe because they have a smaller social media presence. The worst "delays" for them lately have been caused by studios and they've made that clear to us many times.
But sure, the above goes for them all, not just Manta. If they're doing it every single release, whatever their brande name is, then my .02 are equally applicable :cigar::cigar:

If you've ever run a small business, you'll see that there are delays/errors/screw-ups every single day, especially when you're relying on other vendors to deliver or other parties to make decisions. I'm sure Manta tries their best to avoid delays as much as possible, but things become out of their hands.

It's obviously possible to improve because other premium retailers are doing a better job than Manta are (regarding delays), so it's not like I'm asking for the moon here. They are also small businesses so there's really no excuse for it, not when it's for every single release. There can't be a delay every single time (for the last what 6-7 months?), it's just not logical. It's a miracle they're in business.
Believe me, I wish they'd get their act together because when they do deliver, they do a great job, they're one of the best IMO. But they seriously need to work on these "unexpected delays".

I forgot to mention (and it seemed like I was being short with you when I wasn’t, I was just in a rush out)

But I know your not hating on manta. And I fully get the annoyance mate. But I dunno. They seem to get a lot of sh!t fromstudios and maybe newer (not yourself) members don’t understand that they are extremely small and pretty much a one man band. I full respect for them, they always deliver (maybe not on time haha - a lil joke there) fantastic products. So the odd delay ain’t bad imo.

I know it can look bad when pretty much weet/ kimchi/ nova are on time but look at the mistakes those guys have made (not weet so far) nova with cutting of the S on guardians, the mistakes on the spotlight slip etc etc
 
the steelbook looks incredible but the full slip looks a little bland to be honest compared to other manta full slips which is their speciality
 
I like it but I expected more then just a spot glossed title on the slip
