Received mine but unfortunately had a scratch across the front of the slip and the booklet had many scuff marks on the back.

Contacted them asking for a replacement and they replied saying they’d send one out with next order - I responded asking kindly if they’d send one out as I don’t plan to make an order with them anytime and I’m not getting any response back.

I don’t understand the whole ‘with next order’ - if it’s damaged it should be replaced. Ugh.

Did you offer to just return it? Because it's standard practice in the premium steelbook game to have a replacement item shipped out with the next order, or else they're losing money on shipping costs.
