I would have ordered this even at the high price if possible.. but seems they only ship to Europe. No help for all of us here in North America. Knew these would come back in stock closer to release date.. but thought it would be available for everyone. Really sucks!

I know no one is forcing anyone to buy but this is terrible. They should be on the Zavvi site at the original price. It justs means that there wasn't 5000 available in the first place on the site. I bought mine at the original price and if I'm honest if I had missed out would have bought it for the £23.99 but it doesn't make it right. Unfortunately people, and I'm one of them, will pay almost anything for what they want. 5000 people could boycot buying it but there would be another 5000 waiting in the wings so Zavvi wouldn't notice. I hope this isn't going to be a regular thing.

Yeah, saw this earlier and was genuinely gutted. I actually sent a query to Zavvi customer service yesterday asking what would happen in terms of cancellations appearing back on their site (as I saw that a few people had mentioned cancelling) then I saw the post about the ebay listing......

Not impressed, and still no response from Zavvi (no surprise there I guess, seeing how this played out).

Sure no one is forcing people to buy, but with this being 'supposedly' sold out you wouldn't expect so many copies to suddenly turn up. I suspect a lot of people will just buy an extra copy on the off chance it will go up in value.

Still I've ordered one from the outlet as, despite the shadiness of it all, I really would love this particular film.

Hey Paul, believe me, I understand your frustration-I am a collector and fan of movies myself, and have sent and spent time exchanging, getting credits etc from retailers throughout the years. Our hope is to help remind and steer folks towards the best possible options for resolving the issues. The site is here to chat about the releases themselves, but every single order question/issue/pricing etc, is a decision made outside of this site.
