298 sold and 152 left ! So there are 450 for sale?
~11% of Sold Out Steelbook were cancelled? For sure! ;)

Update 24/06/2013:
Available (UK Only) via Zavvi Outlet for £23.99

This update is not accurate, it's not UK only is Europe only somebody change that.

I wanted to get this at Ebay but they only ship to Europe, also, I think that the inflation on the price is a little exagerated. Will wait for the relase day, hope there are som eleft to buy online :(

Where can Zavvi go from here with any remaining stock above the 450, surely they cant put anymore through their main site now as everyone who purchased one at £23.99 via eBay are going to be p*ssed, unless they increase the price on their site to £23.99

Zavvi just cancelled some of mine without me requesting wtf

this is getting more and more ridiculous

i also have a few steelbooks from zavvi on order of which i ordered two copies and not for resale purposes but to to make sure i have at least 1 mint copy ... so what's wrong with that? will these orders also get cancelled?

Anyone know what "Sold as a special offer" means in there purchase history? Odd. Really feel sorry for you guys that are getting your multiples cancelled at the original price, that really is wicked :(

If these are cancellations, then why did they list exactly 450 on eBay in one auction? Also, who's to say that they haven't kept several hundred others aside, to be sold when they've shipped this release and the eBay prices inevitably increase? Will we still see Zavvi selling excess stock for £30-£40 after release?

I think the point which annoys most people isn't the fact that Zavvi are selling these on eBay at an inflated price - It's the fact that most people who wanted to purchase it at retail price directly from the Zavvi site couldn't, and Zavvi are seen to be selling them elsewhere rather than offering them where they are supposed to be. Basically, Zavvi have sold X amount at the stated retail price, realised they can get a higher price on eBay, and pulled the remaining stock to sell elsewhere

Zavvi are acting extremely unprofessionally, and this is certainly not the kind of practices one would expect a legitimate business to perform! Both Zavvi and ShopTo are as bad as one another. Why bother having a website at all, if all they do is sell their stock on eBay at inflated prices?

288 sold, still more than 10 available, over 200 people watching per hour

At time of writing, there are 116 left. 334 sold. About 130 have sold in the last 24 hours, based on when I checked this time yesterday

It'll be interesting to see whether Zavvi Outlet list another batch after these few have sold...

Perhaps somebody should ask a consumer watchdog to investigate?
