Think I'm gonna wait on disney titles as usually get them cheaper on ebay unless it's a title I really want

This one has been pre ordered for quite a while and is being pushed back, makes me wonder when numbers 16 -20 will be announced that they too are being pushed back and to when?, I don't mind when release dates get changed I just like to know as soon as possible so I know when I need to juggle my money around. It seems to me that the 4th of june is too early for zavvi to put all these titles out when as it stands we don't know the titles for half of them let alone artwork.

Thanks Paul for the heads up over release date change on this title, as I've been expecting it to turn up on my doorstep really looking forward to this one, it should look great.. I just hope zavvi have fired their happy slasher employee for damaging half their stock on the last batch of Disney movies

I think Robin hood will stay for june 4 and hercules and pinnochio will change dates.

I hope there will be not more slash spine from future zavvi releases. I dont want to imagine what will happen if we get the Indiana jones steelbooks and they are all slash spine .

I didn't think of the Indiana steels being slashed.. that would be worse for me then the disneys.. I hope Zavvi have had words with their staff over what happened.. cinderella was my first spine slashed steelbook from zavvi, I think they've done a great job getting every other steelbook to me intact. .. so I'm hopeful that the future steels will mostly arrive intact also.

Can't wait for this one, Robin and Pinnochio.. I think the colours will look great on Alice...

I wouldn't complain if they limited to one Disney Steel per month, sure might take a bit longer but my wallet would prefer it. But Zavvi might not have been told of the reason for the delay. Perhaps there was a production problem.

Lol.. yeah the delay emails are a bit of a waste, I don't know why they didn't take the time out to write one email explaining why there is a delay and stating that if they have any updates on the status they'll email accordingly. . I wish it was that simple

I really don't mind when the odd release gets shifted around, but I do feel that at this point zavvi know if all the other disneys will be available on the 4th june or not, like I said, the odd one is fine but I am saving £100 to buy the rest on the 4th, therefore I am having to hold off on buying other steels on the off chance that disney and zavvi come through with the date stated on their website. Until they officially change the date I have to save the money. As another member said, I too would be happy if they did one a month

I'm sure this steelbook will be up there with cinderella and bambi and well worth this looooooonnnnnngggggg wait
