Confirmed gloss and still isnt gloss. Is there any trick zavvi wont pull? Doesnt look glossy at all imo. You can see the streaky matte on one of the pics of the front.

Looks like theres no border so thats 1 positive. Ill grab it if its cheap one day down the line.

It is a brand new, secret-formula, gloss....
When You will see the film, and, depending, how much
you will be scared - Steelbook will be "sweat" and sloooowly
coated by gloss.....

The movie's a classic no doubt. And this may be the best Steelbook edition. But it's still not worth that price. With a premium finish (high gloss, debossed title) maybe. But not now.

glossy or not, the steelbooks looks very good imo..

Just received my copy, the low profile RAL gloss is awful and draws more attention to the streaks. All this corner cutting by Zavvi is killing the steelbook community.

got mine today with two lovely knife marks done from the zavvi factory - thanks for that!

also, it's a horrible finish and not even remotely gloss - double whammy!

I will be sending this cheap and nasty product back, plus complain about the knife marks

What a shocker they failed.

Very disappointed that Zavvi flat out lied about this being gloss... it's as matte as matte can get! I don't think anyone can defend them this time. *SMH*
