Yup, you heard right and here first. Aliens vs. Predator is scheduled to drop in SteelBook packaging vis its Hunter Edition for both the xbox 360 and PS3. Its a true beauty, but it’ll set you back a hot $100 dollar bill.

I was lucky enough to pick one of these up in a bulk buy from someone off of ebay for pretty cheap. I want to use it for the AVP movie though, not game....now I just gotta pick up a copy for as cheap as I can.

I actually thought this game was decent. The Marine part brought me back to the simpler days of shooters where you just killed stuff, collected ammo, and went on. The Alien and Predator parts are even better. If you haven't played it, give it a shot, much better than I expected. And even though only 4 people on the planet probably play it, I thought the multiplayer was unique...but the campaign is worth it. I'm a huge Alien and Predator fan...yet only a fan of Alien, Aliens, Predator and Predator 2...so more of a purist.

Deciding whether I should get this or the Killzone 3 steelbook. Both are pretty neat.

Both are cool steels, but I give the edge to AVP in the steel department...and obviously KZ3 the edge in the game department. Better find a way to get both. I obtained the the Hong Kong version of KZ for like $40 U.S. not long ago brand new. Only non-english is on the slip cover...haven't looked at the booklet.
