Nice! I have never pulled the trigger on getting this on blu ray but I've always wanted to. Everyone seems to love this movie. Personally I've never seen it but I've heard only great things about it, and that everyone loves Audrey Tautou in this. Interesting that Kimchi keeps choosing French movies.

I was the same and finally watched it last year. Wish I'd not bothered and held onto the thought that it might be good.

And yes, a few French films but not one of the one's that deserve this, like 'Pour Elle (Anything For Her)' or 'The Intouchables'.

Christmas has come early for me, never thought I'd see Amélie get a steelbook release and a Kimchi Exclusive at that.

Asia's on fire at the moment, Europe & North America could learn a thing or two form them. Fewer quality releases as opposed to flooding the market with cheap rubbish to make a quick buck.

Yes this movie deserves a steelbook treatment. Tech specs: 1080p (first editions were 1080i), French DTS-HD (English subs), most likely to be region locked. For sure, the French and Japanese tin -with all the goodies - cannot be surpassed. Nevertheless, looking forward to the release.
