Yes video games Steels are limited to the pre order and steel is delivered with the game.

I'm not gamer (thanks God very expensive hobby indeed) but when helped a fellow ninja with PES ManU, Copa Libertadores and UEFA steels pre order was a must to have case.

I would be happy if there aren't 3 different arts because first it would be very expensive to buy them all including the games and second I don't know how to get all those steelbooks.
