Novamedia and other retailers should stop disclosing pre-order times to avoid this type of incident and do their releases in phases. For example, release about 1000 copies one day at certain undisclosed hour, then another 1000 copies the next day at a different hour, and so on...

GUYS GUYS GUYS - I think everyone is missing the point. We don't need to vilify Nova. The blank white screen at checkout was actually a surprise, unannounced add-on addition to the Avengers steel. A tie-in with the Daredevil series: "Rabbit in a Snowstorm." BRILLIANT!

I don't think anyone liked what happened this morning, lol. If you got an order through, you should be good. They mentioned those that got orders through were counted.

They won't honor your order what does that mean?? Were you able to get a order in?? Because I got a lenti order in early on and got a e-mail confirmation from Nova (no shipping e-mail yet) does that mean my order will get cancel.

This won't affect you, if you were able to place your order and got the e-mail confirmation your order is secured. Once they will ship after release date mid-May, you will receive another email to inform you your item has been shipped. So that you didn't receive the shipping email yet it is normal. This is a pre-order and the item are not yet released. Release date Mid-May like I said. Your order won't be cancel, you got your order through and got the confirmation, sit tight release date is few weeks ahead, at that moment when released you will get you email confirmation for shipping.

My Lenti is still in the cart of course you can't buy it, I wonder how long it will stay there. I can't say I'm looking forward to the next round, kind of dreading it, simply not the way it should be. We will need patience again and perhaps hours.

They should have stuck with two full slips and one Lenti. Being that the one click is going to be extremely hard to order, if it sells out, some people like myself may try going for each individual package. Time spent on the one click will give people that much less of a chance to order the individual release. For such a great release Novas go live execution was worse than abysmall plus they overdid it with the full slips, making it extremely difficult to order them all (Lenti included) if the one click fails.

Right now I have a Lenti in my cart and Full Slip B. I don't know if I should settle on those or delete them and go for the one click, and risk the chance of losing the two in my cart and or possibly the one click. I like Nova releases but I'm very disappointed with them as a retailer.
