I think it's the same gripe I'm had with some releases. I expect a new remastering not old discs slapped into a steelbook. I'm sure people who purchased the Third Man were not happy when months later a brand new 4k restoration was announced.

I agree these are the films most people have been desperate for. I really hope they have awesome artwork and everyone that wants them is able to order them and scalpers don't lol but I'm guessing there won't be any restrictions on ordering.

Completely understand the release of these, what with it being the 30th anniversary of the first film this year. Id be more than happy with the original BTTF posters being used as the artwork. Like below, with the titles of course.

Just hoping Zavvi dont come up with some ridiculous price for these. If not then im in!

now them artworks would be cool , maybe something totally different for the trilogy , to give people a reason to buy all versions
any thoughts on what the trilogy artwork should be?

I think it's going to depend on price. I usually prefer to get single steels than films all in one jumbo but we shall see.

Completely unnecessary, considering we already have a trilogy SteelBook. Sheer greed, pure and simple. The standard Amaray releases are a fiver each, and a box set usually retails for around £12-£15, yet I bet these will cost £16.99 each knowing Zavvi, despite the fact that we know SteelBooks are just as cheap to produce as Amaray cases. It's a very expensive way to collect all three films, and I'm guessing most people on here will already own the trilogy on Blu-Ray in one form or another at least once (if not twice or more), so do we really need another set?

I agree. It's either Trilogy or just the first movie for me, seen as though I have the box set. As much as I love the movie's, I'm not shelling out £45 + for discs I already own.

I'd love the poster artwork for the individual Steels but for the trilogy version I'd be happy to take the mondo artwork for movie 1 for a change
