Maybe because both covers are widely used already? Personally I like this new and unique cover to distinguish this steelbook. I really wished they had some inside art but I guess they made up for it with the nice art on the discs especially the one of Joker.
I like the new one a lot. Front looks awesome but would prefer to have (even already used) printed art on back rather than written text. It still looks awesome, that's just what I would prefer to have.
Yeah maybe you understand or dont, hard to read by your post. But the front of the dvd g1 is the same as the BD g2. I'm just stating how the back of the dvd g1 has that artwork above where as the back of the BD has crap text and pictures of the amaray slip versions.
Kinda weird how they did that. You'd think they would just make them the same...

That back on the DVD version looks great. I don't really like the back of the blu-ray steel but the embossed front makes up for it. I think it is one of the best looking steels I have seen!
I got this and i really enjoyed, its just that i really like arte inside and this one doesnt have it...

Excactly! I also have the German Mediabooks if I want to watch these but I'm also keeping a close look at the japanese SB ones....THOSE look pretty good indeed!! Gee, this is getting way too expensive!!
There's a "write to us in English" via their CS section - it's an option that's also available if this doesn't work for you.
If you're going to restrict yourself to paypal payments, then your best buy is ebay - I know there are a few German resellers that import and then mark it up a bit for sale in Germany.
