did you ask where they were getting this allocation from?

Warner released this steelbook twice in Korea.
First one (limited to 500 pieces) was released on April, 2012 along with Batman Begins and Inception and it was same quality as Japanese one.
Second one was released on September, 2012 along with nine other steelbooks. But those newly released ten steelbooks are low quality and have manufacturing errors (different color, jutted edge).
