i pity all the people buying 2 copies thinking they are different steels....

While technically the same steelbook, I got the Superman version. You can tell it's intentional because of the j-card:
The Batman one has a grey corner and different image there.

I wanted the Superman front. If I want the spine to show on the shelf correctly, I have to flip it over and now the front is Batman. This release makes no sense to me
There were only 8 steels at my Best Buy. The store pick up station was holding 22 pre-ordered steels. So it looks like they got a total of 30 or so.
Normally I would agree with you as its really the same as steels from different places like amazon Germany vs Zavvi. Even with same finishes they are different steels IMO.
