same here i remember owning this on vhs lol its a great movie that definately deserved the steelbook treatment and i agree although the completeist in me says release the second as a steel aswell it was indeed as others have agreed a terrible sequel lol i also hope that the US remake is never put into production as it is penciled in for next year as is the oldboy remake starring none other than samual l jackson looool i loved afro samurai but please dont ruin these iconic asian masterpieces !!!!!

This was a blind pre-order for me, but after watching Oldboy, I just had to watch it. Bloody brilliant film. Can't recommend it enough.

I managed to get one on ebay for £13.00 (inc. postage). Not a single imperfection on it. The seller still has like 2 more of the same item left. I thought the price would be much higher considering that this steelbook sold out fast! Love the steelbook it really compliments the film!

This one was a real scalper's heaven - absolutely everyone bought it thinking it would go for big money and it flopped.
