Managed to pick this up now with the (back in stock) Tangled Steelbook.

VCUK6 has expired (expired last night), BIGSPENDERZ still works for £10 off £100, but 10% Student Discount still works on both titles.

So £18.89 each. Happy days.

I can relate indeed. You attempted to cancel the item before dispatch, so you might be eligible for a free (Collect Plus) return label. You'll have to return the first lot. Contact them via Twitter (@ZavviHelp) with your order number. You avoid copy and paste responses that way. Good luck.

Cheers; Issue resolved- I've been charged for the order where I received the 'failed cancellation' email only; All 8 Disney steels have been dispatched today and had the discounts applied so I'm happy with this- Reordered BaTB on a separate order so thankfully all seems to be in order with this. Was a mad panic to say the least last night though...

The thing that's peeved me most with Zavvi is they are showing the Fantasia steel as being sold out on their website (advertised as £19.99) On the Zavvi outlet on eBay it's selling for £23!!! Managed to pick it up on Play.com (again, Zavvi trading through here) for £20.99. Trickery of the highest order me thinks...

I was just about to say that about Fantasia, could've got it for £16.99 with the 15% off with Disney titles. But clearly that wasn't to be

Yeah the student discount seems to be very temperamental when it comes to Zavvi orders. It actually states on most student discounts that it won't work on pre-orders, but try it anyway at the checkout as it sometimes works!

I've managed to resist any that weren't classics to me as a child because they are too much on my budget but this one was one where I had the comic too and was my number one along with Little Mermaid.

Same here mate. Ive stayed clear of the disney collection from zavvi as its just too much money. I had to pre-order this though, allong with the lion king and tangled. My daughter loves tangled (me too)
