I hope they just held on to a dozen copies, or less. Maybe these are unnumbered.
Main thing is, they owe us 100s in a dozen pre-orders, why aren't they finishing those?!
Or at least answer some emails, regarding existing orders, like my friend's returned package some 18 months ago, that needs to be reshipped, he even offered to pay their exuberant shipping fees again...
