I'm surprised the FS is still available, was this not as high demand as we thought it would be?

I am too, although I wonder if two factors play in to this:

(1) Novamedia screwing up two drops alienate a lot of customers; and/or

(2) People may not realize it is still available. Particularly flippers might have bailed after a little bit of time earlier today and haven't checked back yet

Oops. I totally forgot about this until a few hours ago when I was about to see "The Giver" (great film btw). So there I was using my tablet to see if I can get one. Unforch, the lenti is already gone. But much to my surprise, full slip is still there. Full slip it is then.

I got confirmations from both NOVA Media and PayPal. Don't know why others only got it from PayPal.

I set up my account originally when it was the test site and my details were transferred to the new website and I could log in and all my details were correct

Those of us who not received order confirmation from Novamedia but did get email confirmation from PayPal are you using login details from test account you set up
Those who received email confirmation from Novamedia did you re do the set up of your account on the new site
Just trying to see a reason why some of us did not get an email confirmation of your order from Novamedia

I know what you mean brother, I wanted 2 FS at first, had them in the cart but was scared to take them out just incase. In two minds whether to order another FS

I still haven't received a confirmation from nova just PayPal.

I'm starting to think if it's a site mistake, if a few copies went to third party partners and 700 or so to everyone else inc local it should've been sold out by now? I could be wrong though

I too used the same from the test site, no nova confirmation but have the PayPal confirmation.

My story...Woke up at 6.45 am. Pulled my hair out for one and half hours, screamed, wrote swear words of their facebook. Gave up and went to bed! Then woke up again at 1.05pm...looked on my laptop...saw they were available, didn't ask questions...ordered both...5 mins later the lentl was OOS. Got confirmation from them and paypal...order no. ends in 0022. What a palava!!!

Placed two orders by 2 Accounts. One normal Account from testsite with both versions (Order no is a Little over 1000) and One as a guest (don't know Order no)

Got. two paypal Confirmations but not even One from nova

Got both mine. Love reading the entire thread. I swear some of you need to grow up a little and act your age.

I completely agree. I especially love the one guy referring to this as a "bloodbath". If getting up at 6 am is such an inconvenience I feel bad for you.

I used the same account info from the test site. I did not re-do the set-up on the new website and I received both the Nova email confirmation and the PayPal confirmation.

Same for me - when the permanent site first went live it recognized all my info from the test site, including my password. I freaked because everyone was saying we'd need to re-register, so I set up a second account using my work info just in case — but I never needed it. Once all Nova's issues were finally resolved, the PayPal confirmation and Nova confirmation were fairly instantaneous.
