It was not really fair jumping on a glitch in the system to obtain 2 lenti copies for one person when you have been told its one per person.
I doubt that Nova will cancel the secondary buys as they have enough going on with the launch of the new site. Even though it was mentioned on here when the 4 hour window was about to be opened "do not buy a secondary lenti and let other fellow ninjas get one" it was obvious that a few people would want as many copies of this rare release as possible.

Seriously, KimichiDVD hardly ever send a confirmation email! Can you really blame people for being a bit anxious about this? The whole order process has been beset with problems and considering that the fullslip has been in stock for so long it will worry people who did not receive confirmation of their order for the full slip. It is not unknown for payment to be taken and then refunded.

I think maybe everybody was able to place more than one order containing both Limited Editions or order multiples in one order. Therefore to guarantee that one customer only ordered one each, Novamedia would have to sort this out and cancel multiple orders to the same shipping address. But was the limit even mentioned on their website?

It's common sense for some yes, but others are concerned as to why some have received confirmation and some haven't. I've been in situations where I've ordered things via PayPal, received PayPal confirmation yet they cancelled the order and refunded the payment as they oversaw the order. In regards to kimchi we all know they don't send order confirmations and even shipping confirmations recently, but nova are a new company and things did go wrong on initial pre order and the website alone so people buying a steel for £35 plus will be concerned. Just my 2p here and I don't think ninjas are over exaggerating like the world is ending like you think they are

I have a feeling that the bottom will fall out of the market for this title, there's so many already readily available that once this flood hits, some versions will end up below cost.
