As I heard site setup from Novamedia, they told me they will put 3 region web server to balance the traffic if configuration does right.

Currently AWS offer US (as Virginia), EU (as Ireland), ASIA (as Singapore or Tokyo),

if site configuration correctly setup, each of member goes to each of region web server, it makes customer order easily.

Good luck for this Saturday. :D
A Server based in Ireland
That's good news for me
Now everyone in Ireland on Saturday 13th Stay of the Internet except me :rofl:

The website is a frikn disaster I can't even access it today! :banghead:

If it doesn't improve by Saturday then it's going to be another complete farce...IMO :squint:

I agree... I know Nova is saying they upgraded their servers.. but over the last few days members testimonials of trying to use the new site range from very fast to being slower than dial-up!

I myself tried to log-in yesterday and after 2 minutes of being on the site, no further pages would load.

And this is with absolutely NO traffic to strain the servers. Imagine when Saturday comes what is going to happen...

this will be more painful than a root canal..website cannot be access..Nova better take this chance to improve their image to make up for first CA preorder disaster. i think customers could overlook the site launch debacle once but no more than that..

I've been trying to do daily runs on novamnm.com all week- and have had no luck accessing the page. I've deleted history and cache but it's showing "this web page is not available". Has anyone else experienced this today or have a solution?

@harry So sorry, I'm just now reading pg.63... it seems my problem is everyones! This is getting scary! But atleast I know mine is still in the cart. But if I can't get through what does that matter. C'mon Nova- Not again!

Did a little test (ping & attempting to connect to multiple server ports) and it looks like their server is simply offline at the moment, either that or they've setup a firewall and blocked all connections to the server for some reason.

I was looking forward to the battle to own a copy of this on Saturday morning, but if the site can't cope with people just browsing, there is no chance when a couple of thousand people are trying to place orders at the same time.
