Before pre-order starts, I wanna share some important information

1. New server setup

after couples of confusion (like log in issue, DNS issue etc), Novamnm successfully settle in AWS,
They told me 6x Web server and 1x DB server to prevent down issue during the pre-order

2. Paypal issue

All paypal user must put the same address as paypal address (same country, postal code)
if you do not update paypal address, please go to paypal to correct your address

For example, your paypal account is UK, your shipping address in Nova is US, you can not proceed paypal further due to paypal security issue.

3. New customer

If you join in the Nova, but you still did not receive any of confirmation mail
Please send mail to [email protected] to activate your account.

As you can login, your account is OK.

Novamedia transferred accounts over from the test server, and they become automatically activated in that process even if you hadn't received or responded to the email activation request.
