The usual Nova stuff, website down, a 10 minute window to complete order, PayPal malfunction so you couldn't pay your order, alot of frustration etc...

So your typical day at the Nova office hahahaha.

Dear International customer

We do not know how to applogize to our valued customer who has been trouble with server down
and payment problem through paypal,

Paypal just blocked our paypal account during the pre-order due to security reason.
so we discussed with payapl on the line to resolve payment problem issue.
Now paypal payment problem is just resolved.

Technically due to payment problem, Both edtion is not out of stock.
so we are going to live both of CA2 edition again.

Pre-oder date/time: 13th September as Today, 20:00(Seoul, S. Korea)

Until next pre-order time, we will do our best as much as we can to resolve all issue and
install more server to make pre-order easily

sorry but I have to disagree with you .
30 min delay is nothing compare to some previous releases .
They sort out problems with servers in such a short time and pre order proces goes very smooth -didn't expect that .
Paypal problems show up and it's sorted now so from this moment everything should be just fine .
KimchiDvD after 1 year still have a problems with servers so give Nova some credit

They sort out problems with servers in such a short time and pre order proces goes very smooth -didn't expect that .

Ya, I have to agree after the initial crash, its like they hit a switch and it was normal. It was very fast just had the Paypal issue, but why they didn't have planned out in advance is a different matter. It looks like they have it fixed, so I'll give it one more go, third times a charm.

They have acted quickly this time so hopefully now everyone gets what they want.

Please if you have secured 1 each edition try stay away from novamedia website and let Ninja's not as fortunate as yourselves the chance at these beauties.
