I got my PayPal confirmation email
On Novamedia website my order is listed as processing

That should be fine but I'm curious
Did any of you get an email confirmation of your order from Novamedia itself
I suppose they don't have an automatic system and we will get at a later stage an email confirmation

To avoid Customs charges
I used marked as $20.00 Merchandise
 
I got my PayPal confirmation email
On Novamedia website my order is listed as processing

That should be fine but I'm curious
Did any of you get an email confirmation of your order from Novamedia itself
I suppose they don't have an automatic system and we will get at a later stage an email confirmation

I got an email confirmation from Nova right away after I had place my order earlier today. Some got them just as quickly while others got them a short time later.

Glad to see that quite a few more people here were able to get their orders in and that on the third time things went a lot more smoothly.
 
I Ordered in the morning and still no sign of confirmation email . I email them hour ago but payment is completed so should be ok . Let's wait for reply and see how they customers service works .

I got an email from Nova as well in my inbox. Check your spam folder. And my says processing as well. :)

It keeps saying that the address don't match :(
Looks like I'm gonna have to look for the full slip version elsewhere :( :(
 
Was finally able to get both after 3 pre-orders and the paypal error fiasco but I was just wondering if you mark it as gift $20.00 but checked yes to original invoice will there gonna be a problem with customs. Should I be worried?

It happened to me before mate, You should've enquired to them about it via email long ago , I did that when i went through checkout testing, my country wasnt there, I sent them an email and they fixed it right away
