I am really confused. When I use the tracking reference off the Novamedia website (it starts RE then has 9 digits then ends KR) using either aftership or ems track it tells me it has been delivered to Seongnam and a recipient called Coidonghoon on the 2nd of October? But by the rest of the tracking information that is where the parcel originated from? When I try to use royal mail it simply tells me that it cannot report on the status of the parcel. Getting a bit worried that something has gone wrong somewhere. Any ideas anyone?

Well, something is really wrong if your tracking # says delivered to Seongnam and a recipient called Coidonghoon on the 2nd of October!!!!

Email sent. Starting to feel like I am destined not to own a copy of this Captain America steelbook. My zavvi order never went through due to my card being lost and replaced and zavvi selling my copy in the 5 minutes before I could enter my new card details and now this. I have checked all my details on the novamedia site and they are all correct - I haven't received anything to say the parcel was stuck at customs or due to be sent back so I can't understand it. I had been checking it everyday up until last week when I went away for a few days and I come back and it looks like it has disappeared!

My full slip cleared customs and has been sitting in Jamaica NY since 24 Sept. I have a feeling I will never see my steel. I am not sure if this is Nova's responsibility or mine to follow up as to what happened. I have received an order from Plain Archive since that took 5 days via K packet so not sure WTF is going on.

Quick update on the location of my full slip copy! Apparently it was sent back to them as address unknown. No idea how that happens when it never left Korea. But they have promised to post it again. Just hope it is still in one piece after all the travelling back and forth.
