Well if the 3 disc BD is anything to go by then the PQ and Audio is going to be amazing

I got the 2-disc special edition amaray with slip. It's great. The only reason I didn't order this one was the extra disc wasn't on it, otherwise I would definitely get this! The artwork sounds very detailed.

With back catalogue releases they should include the extras especially when the extras are fantastic
They would sell a lot more if they did and be able to increase more fans to steelbooks
When there is bare to no extras on a 1 disc release and is lot of extras on a second disc they should include both
They would sell out quicker and not be left with any to sell of at low price later
Most film collectors will want the extras and often decides if they choose a import version if this has extras over a release that has none
With this release the extras missing are a major loss as if your into films its a must to have the 2 disc version of Close Encounters Of The Third Kind
I have the digipack original release with included a poster
Close Encounters Of The Third Kind steelbook if it was released as a 2 disc with all previous extras would very easy been steelbook of the year
But its not but, it still will be a good looking steelbook its just a pity it was not given all its extras

i wonder which version of the movie this will be or if they will include the theatrical ,special and directors cuts on one disc.. there are minor changes in each movie.. so the space on the disc would be enough plus some extras..

i was suprised that there so many extras on the aladdin disc..

so its possible that eventhough this will be a one disc version.. the blu ray with its 25gb capacity could hold a number of standard definition extras..

does anyone have and idea of the extras if any ?

Not with this release disk 1 will have all 3 cuts of the film
Not possible to fit the extras on 1 disc disk 2 of standard release has a lot of extras

Its a pity this steelbook is only 1 Disc release as the extras on disc 2 are fantastic
I have the original release which was a limited Digi Pack packaging including poster of the film and difference of releases on other side and is fantastic
But if your only want the film at least you get the 3 versions on disc 1

Lets hope Zavvi have Disc details wrong and it is a 2 disc release(3 Weeks to find out if its is a 2 disk it will sell out in 1-2 days)
I but I don't think it will as other steelbook releases from zavvi also have missing extra discs
