sure they are only interested in money, it's a company don't be ridicolous...but the power is like always on the customer site. they decide what to buy and the fact that zavvis strategy works and ppl buying the stuff means that a lot of steelbook collectors interested in it.

but i can feel your frustration buddy, i would like it also more if steelbook collectors would be more selective and true cineast with interest in the art of filmmaking so we can see more underdog gem's with good scripts and acting then in all these mainstream papcorn-soft blockbuster movies.

btw im really suprised about withnail and i, need more gem's like that but gues the only reason we got it is because it's popular in the uk and some kind of a national treasure?

I cancelled this and the bag mans, but will not cancel the zavvi exclusives. Independence Day and Irobot are two of my favourite films, so I want to buy them. But you're all right - these are becoming so common that they are just more expensive amarays.

Why didn't they use some original release art for this? As much as I love Schwarzenegger movies, I'm passing on this. Doesn't look right at all. And the price is too high also. These older titles should be about 12.99 tops.

agreed. I may cancel my order. Im hoping these will drop if they dont sell out. Zavvi are selling older releases like Hellboy for £7.99, but demand double for their own releases. Its stupid

Yeah I miss play.com with their £9.99 exclusive steelbooks. £14.99 for a 28 year old film is shocking really, even if it is commando! They get you with the exclusives

man i rly wish i would have collected steelbooks when all those playcom steels came out.. had to pay 40€ each for alien,predator,terminator,braveheart and prometheus..

It is. One of Arnie's finest. It looks to be like The Terminator steelbook which isn't a bad thing. Can they do glossy and embossing? Or is it just one or the other?
