Just found this, it's a Target online exclusive. It seems to be the same as Future shop.

Hey May, yeah, the distributors who drop ship are also partially to blame. Sadly there are deadlines to meet via shipping contracts,and 'collectibles' are very low on the totem pole, vs the millions of cd's, books, amaray,etc that need to get shipped.It's like 'Willy Wonka' at the facilities. Wham bam (thank you ma'am), package, move units, blah blah blah. Not much attention is paid to 'limited' eds or their fragility given this context, because there aren't many, and time is money. But hopefully everyone is able to get some credit from Target, or something for any damaged copies....and hopefully as we see more and more Steelbooks, and complaints about damaged items, some more education will trickle to all levels that need to protect these during shipping...wishful thinking right now.

Good news Harpua! Yours may have been upgraded, usually the 'on the truck' type tracking result is for UPS, not usps.com or other logistics companies. Hope all arrives well for you and others still waiting. I am still waiting for a few copies for members here...I'll PM you all once they're here.

Double ugh! My delivery date just got pushed out to 12/13 by USPS. It has been stuck in Atlanta GA since 12/5 and probably only shipped to USPS today and hence the new delivery date.

Still haven't received mine and its listed as 'Not Yet Shipped' in my account at Target.com. I emailed their CS today but no reply yet. Ordered mine on November 17th.

Same here. Supposedly mine shipped last Sat due to arrive tomm. according to Mary from the customer serv dept. I will be shocked if I get it as my account still has not been charged and the order still says not shipped yet. I also orderd on the 17th, but according to them it was the 18th that I placed the order because that's what confirmation email dated the17th said

Just checked on my last package I am waiting for, and it came close to getting delivered 2 days ago....but then mysteriously went to CT, and then to MA...um numerous states away from me. Now it has left MA again, and seems to be on its way to be once more. All I can do at this point is just laugh and shake my head...and hope for good postal karma...:bow:

Have you called customer service to hassle them about your order? We need to put the pressure on them to make this better for the rest of the US steelbook collectors. We are the pioneers of the last frontier

Ugh, just saw that my second shipment isn't estimated for delivery until the 12th.
Apparently you can enter the tracking number in both UPS.com and USPS.com since it's a hand-off type shipment.
