Thank god there is a target close to me. Heck I might even open the damaged one just for the heck of it. Its a % game. Gonna have damage no matter what in this EXPENSIVE hobby.

On a side note - has anyone watch this yet other than those waiting for their steelbooks? The audio mix on this is outstanding especially if you have a full 5.1 home theater set up. Crank it up because the surround sound really adds to the entire mood of the movie. Plus Olivia Wilde in HD

Yeah, just watched it tonight with Surround. totally awesome!

Got my second order from target today....not bad condition. All have a little blemish on the corner somewhere,but not too bad. I fixed my personal copy by rubbing out the dent from inside. Can barely tell it was there. Figured I'd keep them to trade since they are so limited.

Good movie too!

I just received an email in response to the price adjustment from 26.99 to 23.99. They said they only adjust if the item was marked down within a week from purchase date. Wasn't it done the same day on the 17th WTF?

There is no reason to stress over $3 IMO. I know it is a good % of money, but we are just lucky to have one of these at such a good price. How often do we get nice steelbooks of DAY and DATE movies G2 size here?

The 3 dollars is not the point, it's the fact that nobody at Target knows what the hell they are doing. I have 3 different emails that state my steel shipped, they all say I will receive by 12/13, but tracking still only says label printed.

Ok. Thats cool. Just wanted to make sure you were not stressed over it. I agree with you. This whole thing was a mess from the get go. It was like a lottery.

This and Sucker Punch was a joke with how they handled it. VERY unprofesional if you ask me.

I bet they are temp workers who don't know any better. It is the holiday shopping season afterall.

Sorry but that is a joke to me, FS is the same blooding steelbook. If it was a different cover I might believe but only 500 lol hey maybe ill put a sticker on mine and say it 1 out of 1 lol Target most likely bought the Canadian steelbook and is pawning if off to the US market. Target has how many stores in US plus online lol. I think ill pick up the UK/DE version, sweet ass cover on it.

Even tho this is limited to 500, the fact that there isnt a MAJOR difference will always keep this as a not highly wanted steelbook.

I think a good example of the future value of this title can be compared to the John Rambo 2nd release version with UNCUT disc. Knowing if you have an uncut disc inside that one versus the fixed versions has never made the value of it go up on an ebay listing more than say 10-$20. So whatever the FutureShop C&A ends up being valued at a year from now or 2 years etc. The Target version will be worth $20-50 more and only worth that to extreme collectors.

Thats my opinion. FNAC exclusives at least came with booklet or art cards, and thus the lower print of those versions have made them worth more in the eyes of collectors. This Target version just doesnt differentiate itself enough.

In any regard, we still got a G2 steelbook in the USA and sold out. So this is good for the future.
