I was ready to double dip on this one, having got the Zavvi edition, but I hate to say, I cannot get enthusiastic at spending the extra money, on what is, a slip cover which I don't like.
I was already to put my name down on the GB for the full slip (love the front) when I noticed the white cartoon bubble on the reverse.... hate it. For me, it ruins it. As for the lenti, I'd hoped for an action sequence from the movie, for example. Deadpool stood at a car.... doesn't do it for me as well as the extra cost for it. If I have to "umm and agh" about it, then I don't get it.
A missed opportunity from Filmarena, for me anyway.

it's not really fair to go for the Hardbox knowing you are considering selling both editions E1 and E2 that comes with it, just so you can Keep The Hardbox

That does not sounds right @carllenc and @Collector03601 work hard to bring us those editions, so if going into the Group Buy you know you won't keep the whole edition, let that Boxset available for a member that would keep it whole and be fully happy to have it.

Ok, well I am going to say it because I have never been one to shy away. Your post reminds me of when I was back in primary school. Let's not kid ourselves here, FAC have purposely put the best artwork on the box. Why do you think that is, Actarus? You don't think that is to maximise sales? If they had chosen to put the same art on the fullslip, I think I would be safe in saying there would be a lot less interest in the other editions. FAC are not going to cut their nose of despite their face. So what I am trying to say is, don't kid yourself, my money is as good as anybody else's. I know Carl & Collector put a lot of work into this, and I am definitely not looking to make a profit from these editions. I would be looking to sell on at cost or trade for something else I need. Damn, I haven't even decided to do anything with them yet, hence the word 'considering'.

A bit of help please, I am looking to get one of these editions (although I do own the zavvi edition) and I am a big lover of lenticular slipcovers but the contents seem far better for the Fullslip with a lenticular magnet etc (and slightly cheaper). But I have not seen the quality of the lenticular slipcover. Can you anyone please help me out here? Thanks

Based on their previous releases, their full slips are really good and so are their lentis.

However, for this particular release, it's the first time they venture into producing a 3D depth lenti (previous ones were different images flipping), so it's anyone's guess how good (or not so good) this may come out. FA has however, had a good track record lately so let's wait and see.

I would recommend - if you only want to get one edition - to choose the artwork you like the most before the GBs close.

Thanks mate. I am tied with the artwork but it's whether the lenticular slipcover will justify the extra cost with inferior contents.

Agreed. That's not something that Deadpool would say. Keep it, but change the phrase. There's sooooo many phrases that could be used (from the movie or the comics)...

Those others were the "maniac" shoe-box,, and the difference in price was much more significant; which covered the extras they hand out a b-movie premieres - T-shirts,, Mugs, posters, pens et al . . . (sorry guys, but it's true)

This is the "hard box" which is basically a large slipbox but less well finished (to date)
