I hate it ... lol. I used to love it.

Do points expire, like totally? Because I had thousands of points (4k+) and never used them. Then I screwed up somehow and made a 2nd account ... The old site kept logging me into the new account which had 0 points and now both accounts (that I can finally log into) BOTH show 0 points.

It was an accident, there old site wasnt user friendly and I didnt remember my login and somehow it created an account with the same email address when I was just trynig to log back in it about a year ago.

At the new site it said something like do u want to merge accounts ... I think maybe if I recall I may have merged the 0 account as the primary with the one with all the points

They have certain conditions in which they do expire. I lost about 1500 points 2 years ago. They have a condition where if you haven't logged into your account for like 12 months they will expire. However, they do send you e-mails notifying you to sign into your account. I just chose to ignore them. Now I'm starting over with the points. Up to about 2500 now.
