If you are asking about the bonus disc in the other worldwide releases, it looks like the US edition as demanded by Tarantino is the only one with the bonus disc. The Future Shop site shows its release will be a 2-disc edition. As for this being region free, it is very unlikely

Also be aware that Target takes the money out of your account right away instead of waiting until it ships.

Not if you use Paypal.

Paypal doesnt deduct funds until the item ships. Got that notice from paypal in email yesterday.

Thanks ash, I might have to try and get hold of the disc some other way. I have already ordered the steelbook and don't fancy getting another version just for the bonus disc!

You have to click "more views", just under the listing pic, to see the actual artwork - they're using the pic from the dvd version in the listing view.

It's just the opposite, when you use paypal they take the money immediatley. I learned that the hard way.
