It's just the opposite, when you use paypal they take the money immediatley. I learned that the hard way.

when i got that email target had yet to take money out of my paypal account. i just checked, and they've processed the order, even tho the steel is not yet available.

Not sure if folks may have already noticed it but the artwork posted on Target.com shows the border outline as debossed so the title may very well be embossed.
