But there are no marking about target exclusive with the extra disk in it

A trip to target will likely be unavoidable

No stickers? Target baffles me.

Front looks disappointing than the FS release but at least there is no French text.

Yeah that's a deal-breaker for me. And at least I get Christoph Waltz and Leo on the back. They were the highlight of the movie for me, not so much Django.

Looks dull to me. Still can't believe how bad this steelbook is.

Every other country basically has the same design for this movie too. Maybe down the road there will be a better rerelease with new and better art. Still picking this one up though.

A bit dissapointed to be honest. I thought there would be some embossing/debossing. The front looks plain and dull without it, I presume this will be the same steelbook worldwide.

Back/Inside can't save this IMO. The red doesn't even look inky deep. Probably will have a similar paint finish to the Fox matte steels.

I now only hope Sony do this justice (can anyone confirm whether it will be a different order/print run)? I say this because the spine HAS to be done separately because it will have the Sony Pictures logo on it, not the Anchor Bay logo. Whether they are sharing the print run or not I don't know.

I just looked over my order and more than half have paint chips etc. Got a couple with spine slashes. Not good QC, at least on my order. Definitely going to return some and rebuy some in store tomorrow.

It's the same design but Sony holds the rights outside the US/Canada (with Anchor Bay in US and EOne in Canada).

I should say I am not unhappy about it in fact it has a good weight to it as it is, and is a US original steel

I opened one and it's definitely matte finish. There is a spindle holder for the 3rd disc, but they didn't even put the tray in the case, just a sleeve to hold the bonus disc

I really hope that the Sony version is different but I doubt it will be. Possibly the most anticipated new title so far this year and the lot of them have managed to mess it up

Even the inside artwork looks dull. I despise matte finishing. Really ruins the look of the Steelbook but the back and inside artwork looks better than the FS release (only the artwork and not the finishing).

Feel like cancelling my one in the group buy, but don't wanna let the guy down. Ahhhhh. That black border is really ugly, inside is nice. Even the image on the back looks like poor quality. Anybody want my copy from the group buy?
