Got an email saying it was to be delayed for two weeks today. Also got an email saying Red Dwarf X is delayed also. Which is fine for me as my new card is still at my Sisters (all my bank stuff goes there) and old card was deactivated yesterday. I forgot that they do that soon after they send out the new one - d'oh! So I won't be able to change any details until I get it next week (earliest). I now have to use the money I have in my pocket until they bring it down!...
Grrr, totally forgot to get an order in 'just in case'

Just in case you are not aware
You cant change payment method details with Zavvi for a pre order you already have with them
You will get a failed payment email when they try to debit your old deactivated credit/debit card
You have will have to wait until you get the failed payment email only then can you choose to pay with a different debit/credit card using the payment link in the email

Yeah, I got the 'payment problem' email for both this and Red Dwarf X. Unfortunately I won't be able to pick up the new bank card from my sisters until Friday at the earliest. Then I can alter all my accounts. It was a case of awful timing that my bro-in-law cancelled coming down to mine last week with the new card last week as that was the day the old one expired.

Can't you just get them to forward the card number etc. or take pics of it so you can update your accounts then pick it up later ?

Where are you located? Once it gets past the expected delivery date by a certain amount (I think 2 weeks for UK deliveries), you can raise it with them and they'll send a replacement (likely tracked this time).
Same happened to me with a title once that just went missing in the mail (the original never did arrive). Don't recall which title - I'd have to check back through my order history. Was about 18-24 months ago, IIRC.
It came today, I had expected it last week while I was on vacation was just surprised it wasn't here yet.
Should be on it's way here tomorrow or Friday going by previous pre-orders with Zavvi, I hope no damages on this one, not had a good run lately with Zavvi steelbooks.
