Think he got them forwarded to a friend or a member who then forwarded to the UK.

I got few friends back in Japan but they are not good Steelbook handlers.

Australia? No, Australia has like a $1000 import threshold, but I think shipping out of Australia is pretty expensive.

My copy arrived yesterday along with V for Vendetta steelbook... was totally shocked as arrived parcelforce with no customs charges or anything. cheered me up almost as much as the girlfriend getting back from a two week holiday in the sunshine while i was stuck here working!

Got my letter from Parcelforce today. One copy each of Dredd, Lockout and Police Story... £31.49 in customs charges

Since they cost around £90 including postage before tax, that means tax is over 30%. I think I might emigrate

It's 20% here, but the handling fee from this particular company is £13.50 in other words, a complete joke.
