It looks like a steel book to me but I dont care either way as it looks a lot better then the english one, the tons of extra features make it worth the buy anyway. I pre-ordered the one which includes the CD and even though it says that today (the 7th) its estimated to ship I have heard nothing.
Has anyone had any more luck?

I like it a lot and ordered it with Conan 3D. I pray it makes it to Canada safely. I haven't ordered from France in a while so I don't know if they're still using those crappy thin boxes?

I ordered both, but my cd version won't show up for a couple months as it is with another order. The order that just shipped was placed in December.

Stupid steelbook, it's about time they release it. My buddy has been holding on a lot of steels and LE for me just because of this. He's going to pick it up tomorrow and send the whole thing after that.

I am sure it will be as it isn't an exclusve it amazon. Gotta say though it sure as heck must have sold alot because it was the number 1 selling blu-ray on amazon.fr for a long time.

It sure must be a damn good movie. Both countries edition sold out. Even the one with the cd is sold out. I hope I get my cd version since it wont ship for another couple months.

I will be very surprised that this is OOS on Amazon.FR for an extended period as Biscuit said, there are loads of stock in stores. Perhaps they are waiting for the supplier to restock. Maybe Wreck can confirm the production run numbers for this one as this and the HMV exclusive are the only two steelbooks for this movie worldwide.

Side note: I preordered both the regular and the CD package in the same order a few weeks back. Only the regular steelbook has shipped while the CD package has not.

Agreed That's why I wanted to pass on the UK one and focus on this one from day 1. Oh well, I'm getting both in the end, I have some generous friends

I don't know why, but whenever I see something 'sold out', it makes me want to get it more. Blame my stupid collector mentality.
