The most irritating pre order ever!

3 hours later and not a single word from Nova Media, but they did have time to announce Guardians of the Galaxy steelbook coming....

They can put that steelbook where the kimchi doesn't shine.

Fool me once, but don't fool me twice and keep me hanging without information. We live in 2014 damnit. We have all kinds of social media to keep us informed by the minute.

Where were the site observors? The traffic controllers and IT men? They could have seen within 1 minute this wasnt gonna work and inform NovaMedia to call it off.

Its not the first time it happened, but the 4th (if i recall it correctly).

No Nova, i dont need your 3 hours late apologies. I dont need your apologies at all and you can keep Drive and the rest too.

How many people have you kept awake with the mere hope of securing a copy and keeping your shaky website online while since the first minutes all problems already were clear?

Haven't you guys learned from the past?

Inform your customers right away and pull our website down and keep it offline until all services are up and ready! Thats how you make your customers loyal to you, not this farce of a amateur-job which has happened again!

Pull down the site, reschedule the release, get your sh*t together and most importantly KEEP YOUR CUSTOMERS INFORMED ON A REALTIME BASIS and act swift when problems occur.

Its not that difficult guys, you're cannibalising yourself with the way you handle things.

Doesn't even go to a next link for me. Straight to an error page every time. I'm really amazed anyone has been able to order a single copy.

Cannot believe it but I was finally able to place an order! No way was I giving up after all that time invested.

Was able to finally get through. I kept getting Magentoed at the "choose shipping speed" area, so I switched from k-packet to EMS and it went finally through. Just checked my Orders and it's there.

When I hit Place Order, I got Magentoed so I refreshed and it brought me to the Paypal login, and it worked from there.

Had to spend the extra $15 on EMS, but hopefully worth it. I'll see if I can have it downgraded to k-packet for my troubles.
