Instead of just paying to ship the steelbook to yourself, you have to pay the cost to ship it to John, plus fees, plus tax, plus John's fee, plus HDN's fee, and then the cost of John shipping it to you. I know you're obviously going to like that since it makes the site money, but it should never be required.

All the costs I passed on to members were 100% exact cost.

I'm not going to apologize for the mess that Nova has with their store, and everything I've done is to help members here get a copy.

I was hoping we wouldn't see this again, troubles with the store and all the members spending so much time trying to order, but we have.
